I bought my solar system in late 2018. My experience with the solar installation company was excellent. Elias, Miguel, and Harold did an amazing job installing the system. They were punctual, efficient, and left no mess behind. However, I had a bit of a challenge with the third party agent who referred me to the solar company due to some discrepancies in the financial information provided. After digging deeper and making a few calls to the finance company, I discovered that the lender would not allow my solar loan to be subordinate to my mortgage refinance. This was despite the fact that I was simply trying to get a 'no cash-out' refinance on my existing mortgage, seeking to lower the interest rate and term. It's important to be diligent in understanding your financing options and thoroughly reading the terms before signing. The third party agent had assured me that the subordination wouldn't be an issue. However, after bringing this up with the solar company, my representative was quick to follow up. He clarified a few points that I wasn't aware of, which ultimately helped ease my concerns. In summary, my experience with the solar installer was positive and I have complete confidence in them. i am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with a solar installation company, which installed a solar power system at my residence last year. from the preliminary consultation to the final setup and subsequent support, the company went beyond all my expectations in every conceivable way. the installation team, which included miguel and elias, showed up punctually, were polite, and worked industriously to guarantee the system was installed accurately. they displayed tremendous care to limit any interference with my everyday schedule and left my property neat and orderly once the job was done. the actual annual output of the system exceeded the estimated output by almost 800 kwh. this was the only company willing to accommodate my request to replace just a portion of the roof where the solar panels would be installed, as i did not wish to replace my entire aged roof. to crown it all, the pricing was very fair.

Much of the praise should go to my company representative, Keith, who was in constant communication with me from the beginning to the end. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates, liaise with his team, and make necessary adjustments. Keith was not only honest and thorough but also friendly and professional. The solar crew that carried out the installation was also excellent. As I live on a ranch in West Palm Beach, I was home during the installation process. They were respectful and considerate with my property, even when my bull showed a great deal of curiosity about their work. They were careful with opening and closing gates and consistently cleaned up after each day's work. The work they did was meticulous and I am proud to show it off. SolarWave Energy handled all the permitting and inspections and any other requirements needed for my solar installation. In the rare event of an issue, I contacted Keith and the company's senior team promptly stepped in to resolve it effectively. Upon completion of the work, they introduced me to a handy app on my phone. This allows me to monitor the meter (which runs backwards whenever it is not dark out), and even check the function of each solar panel to ensure everything is working correctly. Before choosing SolarWave Energy, I researched many solar providers and sought feedback from others who had installed solar panels. While none were entirely satisfied, and many shared various issues they encountered, I am delighted that I chose SolarWave Energy. Honestly, I can't think of anything they could have done better.

Solar panels were successfully installed by SolarWave Energy and they're performing excellently. It was a pleasure to witness such a significant reduction in my energy bill. My monthly electric bill went from nearly $530 during the summer and close to $300 in the winter, to a range of $30-$80. I would strongly advise everyone to consider this. While the customer service is commendable, it's important to keep a close eye on the additional services they offer, such as LED bulbs and pool pumps. This has no bearing on the performance of the panels, but I thought it was necessary to clarify how the incentive works. Don't expect to receive $16k back. The credit you receive is based on your income, so the more you earn, the less you get back. Therefore, don't bank on using that money to pay off the loan or make improvements to your house. It's not a cash refund from the IRS, but a credit that's spread out over 4/5 years. For example, after taking out a $54k loan, we were only approved for a $2000 credit that's distributed over the course of 4/5 years. Although this is beyond the control of Harold, Keith, and Raymond from SolarWave Energy, I wanted to clarify this so you're not caught off guard.
