Great company, great people, great prices!I could not be happier with the whole process, everything went smoothly, I would highly recommend them.It has been about a year since the initial solar went in. I had them add two more Tesla expansion pack batteries just recently plus there has been some warranty work from Tesla due to an inverter problem. King Solar took care of everything in a very timely manner, could not be any happier with them.
I had a different solar company (Nivo) install my panels that has filed for bankruptcy and now I am left hanging with $30,000 in debt with an under performing system. I called this company for advice and talked to Shane Miller, he was extremely helpful and gave me very good advice and did not try to sell me anything and talked on the phone with me for an hour. I have not bought anything from this company but talking with Shane if I ever have an issue with my current panels or get more panels added this company will have my business. I don’t know what Shane gets paid but he deserves a raise.
The best advice we received when shopping for a solar installation was to find a local company that has been in business more than five years. King Solar in Yoder, rose quickly to the top of our list. They were highly trained, customer oriented, responsive, fair and honest. Those qualities were true before, during and after commissioning. It took about eight months for our installation to begin due to projects ahead of ours but King Solar kept us informed through an on-line schedule. We are very pleased with our system and entire experience with Mark and his company, would gladly choose them again and give them an un-reserved five star score.
King Solar installed a 49 panel array for our Church. The entire team was helpful, professional and efficient. From the initial call and evaluation to the installation and beyond, this company has been everything we could have hoped for. When we initially made contact, we told them to give us the "wild bid" for the best system. They came back with details and a system which fit our needs best and didn't spend money we didn't need to. It shows great character of the company to not over-sell us for product we didn't need. I've heard horror stories from others about solar "sales" companies which have left people with a system they can't even use. King Solar was forthcoming and always overdelivered on their promises. I would *highly* recommend them to anyone looking to add solar to their home or business. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and ethical behavior demonstrated by everyone we were in contact with.
From the initial contact to the completion of the solar project, the King Solar crew were great! Adam was very knowledgeable and instrumental in helping us to get the best ground solar array and battery backup for our needs. They handled everything from beginning to end. Design, permits, inspections, installation of array, trenching, all wiring, Tesla battery install, contacting Evergy for final step... everything!I was kept in the loop as to the plan and what the timeline was.They answered all of my questions..and there was a lot. Every member of the crew was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property and home. They were all very pleasant to work with. Our solar system is up and running. We can track our solar production vs grid in real time too.I am very comfortable knowing they will be there if I have more questions or needs. King Solar, Adam - project manager, Zeb - the electrician and the rest of the crew definitely deserve a 5 star (if not more) rating.Thanks for all your hard work.
