Beware of this company, they come to your door offer this amazing service and supplement to your electric bill. The panels go up quick and.. that’s where the trouble starts. You quickly realize they aren’t generating near enough to help with your now slightly lowered electric bill and now huge solar panel payment. You call and email this company that they are not working the way they said they would. They give you the run around and offer no help and tell you that “well you signed a contract that said they wouldn’t eliminate your electric bill”. You complain on the BBB and instead of calling you for a resolution. They close the matter. TLDR: Bought solar panels from this company that didn’t generate enough energy to supplement my electric bill and the company will not help resolve the matter.

Starting with sale’s presentation, very transparent and comprehensive; the. project manager who coordinated with 3rd party vendors to ensure deliverables met timelines and kept me updated weekly. The installation team was awesome VERY professional. Several of my neighbors saw the worked they performed for me and they too went with Carolina Connections for their solar panels.
