Pamlico Solar came out to do a warranty replacement for our Tesla Powerwall 2 batteries (Tesla upgraded our system to Powerwall 3 batteries). Additionally, Pamlico removed our Solar Edge Inverters and upgraded our system to use the internal Powerwall 3 inverters instead. We have 45 solar panels on the roof and it's a BIG job. They had to remove all of the solar panels to do this. Nic, Rob and the guys did an outstanding job. We have had them at the house for several projects and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else! Nic is great at communicating what is needed and always gets back to you in a timely manner. Very fair pricing compared to other companies that try and rip you off. They are ALWAYS on time and work their butts off. Not only that, but they leave the job site neat and clean. They are really great guys and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Pamlico Solar did an outstanding job on our install. The workmanship was clean and professional, and the crew was extremely friendly and easy to work with. One of the components unfortunately arrived damaged during shipping, but they handled it perfectly — they came back quickly and installed the replacement without any hassle. That kind of follow-up service really shows they stand behind their work. Even after everything was finished, they’re still answering my questions and helping me understand the system. We have had our solar system since November. Lots of clouds and short days but the system is working. We have a winter storm alert for tomorrow and Sunday. Our Tesla powerwall 3's automatically went into storm mode. The batteries are charged to 99% in case of emergency power loss. We may need to make some adjustments to the 2 heat pumps if the grid loses power but it's a pleasure knowing we will have power from our solar system. Thanks Pamlico Solar for guiding us to a system that meets our requirements.

We cannot speak highly enough of Pamlico Solar. We had an issue with our solar panels not producing. The company who installed them went bankrupt leaving us to find another company to adopt us into their company. So glad we found Pamlico Solar. From initial contact with Nick to the day of our appointment, communication was clear and responsive. Our technician, Rob diagnosed the problem quickly (bad inverter), explained what was going on in a way we could understand, and got everything fixed efficiently. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time and property. He never once tried to “upsell” us with unnecessary equipment, and even recommended against suggestions other solar companies had made - even though it would have meant a bigger sale for him.
