had a problem with my victon 2000 watt multiplus, after sending unit out to canada battery for warranty . they couldnt find anything wrong with inverter. installed inverter on my test bench to do my own tests , and between myself and Tim after many tries, and Tims Ai querry finally tracked down frequency noises. turns out keurig coffee makers of the older versions send out rouge wattage demands ex, 144 watts which create an annoying noise. newer kuerig machines don't have this problem. sooo after all this Tim found after doing an AI seach. brovo. AAAtttt. Thanks again.
Received my Victron DC/DC charger as expected but there was a problem with the unit. They quickly responded and sent out a new unit to replace the defective one. UPS messed up the delivery, and they sent yet another by a different shipper. They were responsive and helpful at all times. Would recommend their service level to everyone.
Writing to say that even though there were bumps in the road caused by problems with one element of a small solar power system Off the Grid Energy Solutions stuck with me throughout the process and left me very pleased with the result. Their commitment to customer service, even through some difficult long-distance diagnostics, was unparalleled. From initial consultations about what size of system might be required for the application here in Nova Scotia, right through to on-time delivery of the system components and after-sales service, I was impressed with their candor, honesty and kindness in getting to a fully functioning solar power system that is doing everything I hoped it would--not in exactly the same way we expected but that's what creative collaborative problem solving is all about. This was my first foray into learning about solar power systems. On the strength of their clearly evident commitment to customer service, I'll go back to Tim and Tim for future off-the-grid energy needs.
We purchased our trailer in the spring and realized we needed to install solar to at least be able to run the 12v fridge as we like to camp without services, but felt overwhelmed by all the choices. I found Off Grid Solution on Google when I was searching for a company to provide and install a power upgrade. They added 620W of solar panels, 560A/H of lithium batteries and a 3KW inverter to my 2022 Thor Compass TE. After contacting Tim and sending some pictures and roof sketch he was able to provide me a very detailed quote. His quote was also the lowest quote I received from companies in the London area. The after installation service is awesome, every email was answered in a timely manner and extremely helpful. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Amherstburg. Thanks for everything Tim Jr., Tim Sr. and everyone at Off Grid Energy Solutions. Do not hastate to call them for your off grid power needs..... 5 Star company.
