I am updating my review today. It’s been almost 4 months since activation of my Mag Solar panels. Installed in May but MB Hydro issues to hook up. The Mag team - Jake and all the guys on install, and the support staff I spoke to - were fantastic! The customer service was #1! Friendly, transparent, open, efficient, professional!!, accessible and so on. I got all rebate info and it’s incredibly an efficient and rewarding buy. We don’t owe much at all and with all the incentives, this is a no-brainer…seriously. And that entire team got me something my wife and I always wanted. It’s slowly paying off BUT it shows - between the panel app and hydro usage online graph, you’ll see over time. I would highly recommend Mag Solar service. They called me before I had to call them, THAT is service. You will not regret this investment with this company! Take care.

My wife and I met some of the Mag Solar team at a trade show and started chatting. I was interested in solar panels and Mag Solar got the ball rolling. Our house ended up being the first completed project for Mag Solar in Manitoba. The team was great to work with and took care of most of the requirements and guided us along the way. They were helpful in answering our questions throughout the process as well. If you're looking for Solar Panels to help lower your electricity bill, I would highly recommend you give Mag Solar a call.

From the first time getting information about solar panels until well after installation, MAG was amazing and so helpful. They walked us through every step and let us know about any rebates we would qualify for. The installation was simple and worked with our schedule. The team installing the system were polite, worked well as a team, and were very respectful. If I had to do it all over again I would go with MAG Solar again. Thank you to everyone who helped us along the way at MAG Solar.

The overall experience with Mag Solar was pretty good! The salesperson Blaine wasn’t the best — communication could’ve been better, and could have clarified the rebate was up to $5000, meaning it could be less— but the rest of the team totally made up for it. Jake and his team were awesome to work with. Super professional, friendly, and clearly knows their stuff. He explained everything really well and made sure the job was done right. Amanda was also amazing. She always picked up the phone, answered all my questions (even on weekends!), and was just super helpful the whole time. Thanks to Jake and Amanda, everything went smoothly in the end and I’m really happy with how the solar setup turned out!
