I've used Solar Solutions for years and am impressed with their knowledge and products. Recently, they helped me design an upgrade to my off-grid system with newer solar panels, battery bank, and increased capacity. Overall the products they sell are of high quality and feel almost commercial grade with how sturdy their equipment is. When I ran into some glitches I was able to call them and troubleshoot and resolve what was going on. It's nice to have access to folks with a deep understanding of these systems.I definitely recommend them if you're interested in setting up a complete system and want to have it last.
Back in early 2014, I was very interested in solar power for our home and so I did a lot of research to see what companies were out there. After reviewing several companies, it became clear to me that Solar Solutions Canada had far more experience in solar energy system design, supply and installation. I was impressed with their history of working on many advanced energy projects in Manitoba including energy systems for federal, provincial and municipal governments.Tim, at Solar Solutions, was patient with my many questions and concerns as he helped me to understand the technology and the benefits of choosing his company. I was involved in every step of the design and installation of our 42 panel system which was installed on racks on our property. Our system was installed in July, 2014.A few years after our initial installation, we had Solar Solutions supply us with a system of 8 more panels specifically for our electric hot water 80 gal. tank.Life after installation was very exciting for me and my wife as we saw the system work for us. We had to answer a lot of questions from family and friends, and strangers, which we were happy to do. It was very rewarding to know that we were doing our part to reduce our environmental blueprint and reduce our complete reliance on Manitoba Hydro.I would highly recommend to those interested to talk to Solar Solutions. We purchased a power system from Solar Solutions that included solar panels which charged batteries to backup essential services in the event of power failures.Tim and his team understood my concerns and designed a system which - over the past 9 years - has proven as reliable as I had hoped, quietly, instantly and seamlessly switching to batteries when hydro power is interrupted (to the point that I have not known that there was a hydro failure until I spoke to a neighbour)..Tim is very knowledgeable and when I have questions he responds quickly, including making house calls, to check or upgrade the system.I recommend anyone who is considering power alternatives for their home, cottage, RV or workshop discuss their needs and plans with Solar Solutions Canada.
The finest compliment you can give an organization is a fantastic testimonial. I have been a client for 7 years with my off grid solar system at our 18 bed private cabin. We use a lot of energy and Solar Solutions designed a system that works flawlessly for us. In addition, we are on a service plan with them, which we absolutely cannot sing enough praise about.
