The process seems complex at the beginning: current energy usage, future energy needs, return on investment, available provincial and federal energy grants and most important choosing the right size and package. Imran answered all my questions (I had many) and never hesitated to help with all applications and energy assessments before and after installation. I had such a wonderful experience working with Vibes Energy Solar to install 24 solar panels on the roof of my home. From start to finish, Reanna and Imran were very personable, quick to respond, patient, honest, courteous and professional. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the having solar panels installed on my home along with all the available grants and rebates offered by the Federal Government through the Canada Greener Homes Grant & Loan and through Efficiency Manitoba. They filled out all the paper work for me and coordinated everything on my behalf. They made a complex process super simple for me as a very busy individual and homeowner. I solicited several quotes from other solar companies and by far, Vibes Energy Solar was the best pick due to design, service, experience, and pricing. I highly recommend them to everyone!Edit for 8 month update: Just wanted to share that Imran’s after sales service is amazing. He always gets back to me right away on questions. We had an inverter go down and was replaced very quickly and no hassle under warranty. I cannot recommend them enough!
