THAT is how an inspection and consultation should go!!! Lowe's Hardware put me in touch with Elite and I'm glad they did. Elijah was on time professional, informative and courteous. He took pictures on the roof and went over them with me showing me areas that I might need to be concerned about down the road and was honest when he said he didn't feel that there was anything that needed to be done immediately. Let me tell you, that kind of honesty goes a long way. Most other companies will try to sell you things you don't need but even after driving all the way to Mount Airy from Winston Elijah was still straight up and said my roof was fine. When the time does come that'll be the only person I call. What a great experience!
Elijah Plemmons came out to do the initial assessment of my damaged roof and gutters. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the problems in detail. I was put on the schedule immediately. The company kept me informed of every step as to when materials would be delivered and when the services would be performed. The team is respectful, very fast, and expert. They clean everything up so there is no evidence that they were there except for a beautiful new roof and gutters. When I asked questions, I received quick and complete responses. At the completion of each portion of the job, the team lead would go over the details with me and even offered recommendations going forward. I would definitely recommend Elite Roof and Solar.
