Yes Solar is very prompt and all correspondence and scheduling my installation. They went to great detail telling me what to expect. When winter arrived, I noticed I was not generating the amount of power I should have been based on their estimates. I let them know I was not happy about this and asked what could be done. They spent considerable time and I’m sure effort and trying to troubleshoot my system. They succeeded to tweak the system, so I am now generating the amount of energy they had predicted. Since the system has been installed, I have not had any charges from Duke Energy and in fact I have a $47 credit with them. Clearly their service before the sale and after the sale were excellent. I highly recommend you go to Yes Solar for your Solar energy needs.

We shopped around a bit for solar because it is a big investment and we've had an uncanny amount of negative experiences when getting work done to our house (with windows, siding, flooring, appliances...just about everything to date). And they actually had the best price too!Adding a solar system to your home involves a lot of moving parts and players. They handle all of that complication for you and walk you through what is happening at each step. Dan and Zewek both deserve raises after enduring our (approximately) million questions and what probably seemed like an endless process of (in)decision on our part. They tirelessly handled us with such kindness and understanding, which really helped ease our anxiety! I have to say, it's downright magical powering our house with the sun! We are obsessed and geek out on solar with any of our neighbors that will oblige us. :-) Wish we would've done it sooner! I am very pleased with my system (solar and battery). The biggest benefit comes with having both due to the incentives from Duke energy. My last three bills from August through October have been a credit of $20-$25.The team at Yes Solar Solutions were great to work with through the entire process (initial estimate through installation).
