I recently had solar installed and couldn’t be happier with the process. I worked with Bob out of the Shrewsbury, MA office. Bob answered all my questions and walked me through the process from application to go-live. He was always responsive and quick to answer when I reached out. We even had a couple small hiccups on installation day that required a slight change in plans, I reached out to Bob and he immediately rectified the problem and then drove to my property to follow up. I am extremely satisfied with the process and end result. Working with Bob made the entire process much easier.

I just had the best experience possible working with Brenno Delima aka Bob from Sunrun. He helped us qualify for the solar program with Tesla battery attached to the system for backup storage. We also got the Vivint smart home security package too. We feel super grateful for his service. I highly recommend him.
Sunrun has been very clear and communicative throughout this process. Fast, clean, helpful, efficient etc. The representatives I work with are knowledgeable and answered and questions or concerns I had. The tree removal team was top notch. Andy Fezina, from Sunrun, has been there for any big day, tree removal, solar install, always open for a phone call or text if I need him. I would definitely recommend Sunrun and work with Andy if you have the chance.
