I'm absolutely blown away by my experience with Yuma Solar, and particularly with their incredible salesperson, Jennifer! After 15 months of exhaustive research and gathering quotes from about five different solar companies, Yuma Solar consistently offered not just the best price, but also the best equipment by far.
As someone who does a ton of research, I admit I can be a challenging client. My ideas for configurations and optimal setups were constantly evolving. Yet, through every single change and question over more than a year, Jennifer remained exceptionally patient and professional. Her dedication and understanding were truly remarkable.
Finally, after all that deliberation, I pulled the plug and signed a contract with Jennifer from Yuma Solar. However, just three weeks later, life threw a curveball. Due to major, unforeseen circumstances, I had to call Jennifer and, with a heavy heart, ask to cancel the contract. I felt absolutely terrible, but Jennifer's response was nothing short of astonishing. She didn't hesitate or balk for a second; she instantly agreed to the cancellation and was incredibly kind and understanding.
In an era where genuine customer service and integrity often seem to be lost, Yuma Solar has proven that there are still companies willing to go the extra mile. Even though I didn't end up getting solar installed, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Yuma Solar, and especially Jennifer, to anyone. I am truly blown away by her and the company's integrity and compassion. May Yuma Solar have all the success they deserve!

Solar panels are a big expense, so I did my homework. Yuma Solar is a local, family owned business that has an A+ rating from BBB. They offer all of the services the others do including 0 down, Federal and State tax credits (if you don't qualify for the tax credits they'll work with you), long term low rate financing, even 5 year payback with 0 interest. The one thing Yuma Solar has, the others don't is Jennifer. She will generally be your first contact. Jennifer is knowledgeable on all aspects of the process. She makes the whole process understandable, even easy. She answered all my questions (I had many), made sure I knew what was going on and when. She even gives a notebook with pictures to understand the system, trouble shoot problems, and fix minor issues. When a problem occurred, the parts were replaced under warranty without so much as a phone call from me. The online monitoring system ran into a problem on my end, Jennifer was not deterred, she worked to get the issue fixed to the end. It took months! She could've just told me to get the problem fixed and call her, but no she made sure my problem was fixed so she could install the system before her job was done. I can't say enough about Yuma Solar! They should be everyone's go to for rooftop solar in Yuma, they're EPIC!
