Tyee Windows

Tyee just replaced 11 windows in my home. Trevor Bikker was quick and professional and the price was great. I qualified for the Clean BC rebate for triple pane casement windows. Larry and the install team did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and a treat to have on site for the day. I am extremely pleased with the results and love my new windows. It really gives my 40 year old house a new better look. Thank you to the Tyee team. I highly recommend Tyee.

We have nothing but the best things to say about Tyee and their install team. We replaced all the windows in our home. Trevor was amazing working with us to achieve the design we wanted and ensuring things would run smoothly from all aspects. The install crew was outstanding, we were so impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They truly made sure every inch of our windows looked amazing inside and out! You can see our before and after photos, we feel like we got a brand new house and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Tyee for a wonderful experience!

Not an enjoyable experience dealing with Tyee and their sub contractors. Very poor communication and in general a very lack lustre effort in trying to please their customers. Left the siding on my house as seen in the picture below and even went on to say that “I don’t see the issue with how this looks”. In the end I had to replace the siding on my own accord. No willingness to re-install full pieces of siding. I will not be using Tyee in the future. Sometimes its no worth going with the lowest bidder as in this case you get what you pay for.

We had Tyee come out and replace a massive window in our home. We appreciated their response in not only getting us a quote and coming out to measure the window, when other companies flat out didn't respond, to coming out and completing the install in a timely manner. They had to put the one piece of glass in the window after installing the frame and when it cracked, they were able to get a new piece of glass cut and to us within an hour to fix it and finalize the install (Thanks Carlos & Chris). Can't recommend them enough, excellent and we will be contacting them again when we replace our other windows.

Overall, our family had a great experience with Tyee. Gary was very efficient with communications and quoting. Price was unrivaled, between 2 other similar window companies, Tyee had them beat. The contract was simple to understand, the scope of work was spot on and accurate. Larry & team did an amazing job with the install. We had 20 aluminum windows replaced, 2 patio sliders replaced and I cut in and framed a new location that they installed a window in. Gary dropped off wood trim that I painted for the outside, as the aluminum siding on my house needed to be cut back to allow replacement windows. The suggestions Gary came up with were excellent. 1 spot needed a bit of extra attention and Larry was able to help out with replacing a wet 2x4 underneath a patio slider and seal it up properly. I discovered Tyee by referral, and everyone I have talked with regarding Tyee has had positive experiences. Cannot stress how happy we are bringing new windows into our 40 year old house. Great job and will recommend.
