We bought a 50+ year old house… with 50+ year old windows?? My husband thought they were ‘JUST FINE’????? After 5 years, I was finally able to ‘encourage’ him to consider replacing our vintage ‘JUST FINE’ windows… we spoke to Whitney Coor at Airtite and he promptly came out and helped us come up with a plan! A YEAR later we called a VERY VERY patient Whitney Coor back and implemented PHASE 1… because… ‘we might not want ALL new windows…’ So window installation day FINALLY comes! John (the permanent window installer) and his crew arrived and got to work! A few short hours later, our house looks COMPLETELY different! The windows look better than I could have hoped and we can actually leave our windows UNCOVERED during the day with no temperature change in the house! Now we can actually enjoy the beautiful views of the lake ALL DAY LONG!!! PHASE 2… HERE WE COME??

Our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The day of install was seamless. The crew communicated their arrival, sent updates and pictures and let us know when they were finished. The experience with this company was spectacular. We had energy efficiency windows and patio door installed to replace the old ones. The pricing was definitely better than I was expecting. As for the installation, the windows were installed in 1 day and the patio door the following morning. The installer was very professional and took time to make sure everything worked as it should. I definitely would recommend this company to others. Update: Having 11 degree temperatures outside and the inside set for 68, the windows and doors have performed wonderfully in keeping the temperatures at a comfortable level. The inside window temperature was about 59 whereas the outside window temperature was 21.
