I hope the manager or owner reads this reviews as what I experience in your shop was no where near any level of service that any custom should received.

I went into the shop to inquire about 2 windows that I need replacing in the early part of October 2023. Technician came out and measured the glass, I followed up after that, and confirmed it was ok to proceed with the order. In December of 2023 I called to follow up and see the status of the order. At this point I was told that the order was never placed. I was understanding as we are all human and make mistakes. I was told that the order will be placed. I called back in mid January to find out what was the status of the order. I was told that due to the holiday it was delayed. Fine I accept that no problem. I called back on February 14th to find out that was the status of the order. I called in the morning and was told they will check and call me back. After not getting a call back in the afternoon I called to follow up. At this point I was told that they could not find my order and nothing was placed. My response to the technician at the point was then there is no point to keep calling back and his response was ok.

Now after 4 months waiting for a window and following up I am left right where I started. I could have gone someplace else and and got a window and moved on. The part that really annoyed me was the lack of care. I don't even think I heard the words " I 'm sorry" or lets get this resolved. I never haggled when I was told the price I said ok lets proceed. if the job was too small I could have been told that instead of being strung along.

Worst service ever!!! I made an appointment on Monday for someone to come out to give me an estimate and measure for mirror installation. No one called me the day of, I called to see what time they would be coming and they told me they have no record of anyone coming to me. I told them I gave all my info on Monday and they were abruptly rude to me and hung up on me! I called back and asked them if this is how they run their business and they still hung up on me and told me have a nice day lol . How RUDE! This place will never get a penny from me and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them.

Great prices and prompt service.

I found that the Glass and mirror repair stores can be a wild west when it comes to prices.

After spending some time shopping around many years ago, I found all glass and they had great pricing and replace the glass I was looking for quickly as they promised.

I am a property manager and I need to get a lot of glass and mirrors replaced each year. I don't have to shop around anymore since I found these guys

I highly recommend them and I will be back soon with my next glass repair.

Woke up one morning and my front window was smashed. Called a couple of local places and Jim from All Glass & Mirror was by far the friendliest person I spoke to that morning. I answered a few questions about the glass door and he had a guy over within a couple of hours to measure and I I had a quote before the end of the day. Price was very reasonable, and the install took less than 30 mins. I would definitely recommend All Glass and Mirror, very professional.
