This is the second time that I have used Home Appeal. The first time was 19 years ago for windows and doors. They are still in great shape. When I shopped around I had to call them.
This is where it gets good. I had a quote from a competitor selling ProVilla. His price was close but the ProVilla wasn’t as good as the Allsides. It was thinner and didn’t have the strength of the Allsides. He told me that I should go with Mike!
Never heard that before from a salesman!
The care that Mike has given me in working on the house is aboveboard!

I had Home Appeal replace two doors in my house. First of all the owner Mike is extremely knowledgeable and professional and cares a lot for people and customer service and the legacy of his company. The two gentleman that came on a Saturday to install my doors were amazing. They were very detailed oriented and you could tell that they’ve been doing this type of work for years. They truly embodied Mike’s spirit and vision for his company about customer service satisfaction, and making sure the job is done right the first time. I would recommend them to do any work in your home. Great company great people.

We honestly can’t say enough good things about Mike and his Home Appeal team. We had our siding, windows, and doors replaced, which made it the biggest house project we’d ever hired someone to do. From our first meeting, Mike put us at ease by explaining the process and materials used. He did not try to upsell us or badmouth his competitors, and his quoted price and timeframe were both reasonable given the scope of the project. Once we had signed on with Home Appeal, Mike was very patient with our internal debates on color choices, and provided us much larger samples of the siding so we could have a better sense of what the finished product would look like.

Once the job started, the team was polite, efficient, and conscientious. Everyone was friendly with our kids and tried to take good care of our property while working. They even tried to take my WFH schedule into account when planning which area to work in next. Mike himself was here daily to check in, and everyone made sure to secure materials/tools and throw away construction and lunch trash at the end of each day.

Friends and neighbors have been very impressed with the huge change to our home’s appearance. We have gone from being embarrassed by our house’s exterior to feeling proud that everything looks so nice. We’ve also noticed that the house is quieter and the temperature is more consistently comfortable. In the months since Home Appeal finished the job, Mike has continued to be helpful resource answering questions about upkeep and referring other professionals as needed. Thanks for everything, Mike!

I am a repeat customer of Home Appeal. We have worked with Mike over the past few years to install windows in 2 of our homes (one being a custom order).
I have exp nothing but extraordinary customer service each time when working with them. They listen to our ideas and offer their experienced opinion when asked. There is no heavy sales pressure- just a comfortable conversation. The windows are high quality- never had any issues with the product.
Finally I must say they have trustworthy employees that pay attention to detail when installing and to the detailed clean up afterwards.
Would always recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting any service or product they offer!!!
