Built a new custom home ground was dug October 2023 called today February 2026 I have a crank out window that will not close. We are still in the middle of winter. and was told the labor warranty expired in November 2025. And that it will cost me $195 for the service call and more if I need parts that aren’t covered under warranty The windows were not even put in the house until spring of 2024 so beware your warranty starts as soon as you order them on paper. And they told me I had to wait till they called me back tomorrow to schedule a service tech to come out. We will see if I get that call. Needless to say, I am not happy whatsoever with these windows. I was skeptical on ordering these crank out windows in the first place I should’ve listened to my gut. As I have two in the master bedroom that the seals are leaking and when it’s super cold out, we have ice. We have only lived in the house since September 2025. The one photo will show you the big inch and a half gap where the window won’t close. The other window is a closed window, where there’s barely a gap.I left a three star cause I don’t want it removed and because we do have something in the hole even if it’s not quality.
I had 8 windows replaced all in one day earlier this year. Dennis Petrosky is an excellent salesman, he laid out all the options so I could make my own decision without any pressure whatsoever. Very fair prices compared to two other quotes I received from other companies.Tim Murphy led the installation team and the whole team did an excellent job. They worked fast and actually left the areas at the windows cleaner than when they started.I highly recommend them for any window and door work you need.
I recently had my old Pella sliding door replaced with a new one because my sunroom foundation sank and caused the door to crack and shift. Megan was so helpful as a salesperson. I really appreciated that she came to see the end result.Daniel and his men who installed the new door made sure it was level and that it fit properly. They left the area clean and were very polite. They all made a three year nightmare a pleasant experience.
Mark Johnson was our salesman. He explained the process of purchasing new patio door and garage door from garage to house. He was on time and very personable. Very much appreciated his knowledge and helpfulness. Would be very happy to deal with him again!
Not surprisingly, lingering supply chain issues meant the installation of my replacement windows that I ordered from Drew Constantine in September didn’t happen until late February. But it was worth the wait! The four-man crew today was informative, courteous, conversational and hard working. Took extra time with clean up and making sure I was satisfied with finished work. Awesome team; great experience.
