I needed a sliding patio door replaced and stopped into Window Source in Hartville.. I talked with the owner and he setup an appointment for me to have a salesman come to the house to provide me with an estimate. His no pressure estimate was provided and he answered all my questions. I accepted the estimate and paid 50 percent of the total cost and the order was placed. A few days later a guy came out and took precise measurements. Approximately 8 weeks later they called and said the door was delivered and scheduled a day for installation. The installation was excellent and no mess or cleaning was left for us to clean. This is a great company to work with from beginning to end. We love the new Provia sliding door!

Very friendly team, didn't try to upsell us on what we didn't need. Worked with us to find the right color, features and installation plan that saved our existing woodwork. Install crew was top notch, quick, professional and friendly. Our install was on a freezing cold day in December and the guys made short work of the job and minimized our heat loss. Will definitely use this team again for more windows.

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project. The cost was reasonable and the warranty (although we haven't had to use it yet) seems to be the best around.
