Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise prompt, cordial service and kind, informative interactions. One customer says a pane replacement complicated by the crack, frame age and third-floor location was completed in under an hour. A customer with a different window issue reports that a replacement lacked the tint of the other windows and says the owner refused a refund after 14 months of efforts to get the correct window.

They did a great job replacing my window pane! Sometimes I had a hard time communicating with the team, but at the end of the day the pane (which was not a simple one to work with considering the size of the crack, the age of the window frame, and that I am on the third floor) was replaced in under an hour, and their estimate was the most affordable compared to others. The end product speaks for itself!

I would not recommend this company. We had a window replaced, and they replaced it without a tint, which all of the other windows have. I have been calling and trying to get the correct window installed for the past 14 months with excuse and excuse. That it’s been ordered but hasn’t come in, it’s on backorder, there’s a problem with the manufacturer, etc. i have called over 40 times, each time being told that they would call me back and never did- I had to keep calling them. Finally I requested to speak with the owner and get a refund so I could get the correct window elsewhere. The owner, Harold, was very unprofessional and told me that his receipts say “no refunds” so he will not give me a refund, and that it’s not possible to match tints. If this is true, they should have told us that BEFORE they replaced one of our tinted windows with a completely clear one. When I told him I would reach out to BBB, he told me I’m mean. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
