Recent reviews often mention punctual crews, consistent updates from sales to install, and clean work areas after completion. Homeowners frequently highlight smooth multi-window projects done efficiently, even in cold weather. Some note good value when bundling additional projects. A smaller number of reviews cite finish details, such as caulking appearance, as areas for improvement.
Great experience from start to finish. From the sales person Timothy August, to the install. They were here when they said they would be here, kept me updated in between, and did extremely clean work, and cleaned up when finished. 10/10 experience and will use Comfort for all my exterior needs moving forward.
Recently had 13 windows replaced. The weather was extremely cold. The 2 crews that did the work were wonderful. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. The new windows are exactly what I wanted. I can already feel the difference in temperature in my house. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows. They were very easy to communicate with. They kept me updated from the time we ordered the windows through the install process, including a follow up call.
Last year they did the windows and those were great products put in professionally at a good price, I like that they make them themselves and guarantee their work, and their own crew does the installation. Then we needed our bathrooms remodeled and we chose Comfort for their quality and price. We got a good discount because we were repeat customers. Tommy from sales was awesome and on the ball with answers, and our project concluded very well, we were so impressed with the quality and speed and craftsmanship of the bathroom updates. They did 2 in a week (shared bath and a powder room)! The crew was incredible, smart and skillful and polite and personable, I had a very good feeling we picked the right company to do these based on our window project earlier. The office crew was responsive and helpful and overall we had a great experience with this company! We picked fixtures from Curtis and Comfort installed them, redid the floor, bath/shower system. We’re really happy. You can see the before and after pics.
Shout out to comfort windows and doors. The salesman, Craig Thomas, did a great job at explaining the entire process and was extremely helpful when it came to picking out the materials for the bathroom. He.was very thorough. The entire process, three days, right from gutting the old bathroom and flooring to installing a whole new bathroom. Which included the installation of a single stall shower, as well as a vanity (plumbing too), the lighting, sheet rock, and the flooring. Which wasn’t easy, considering the size of my bathroom. It’s just perfect. I was very impressed on how clean they left the area during the three days they were installing my bathroom. Very professional and the workers were so kind. And we’re willing to answer any questions that I had for them. I would recommend comfort, windows and doors highly!
Very disappointed in the quality of the work done for window replacements. The silicone caulk was poorly done making me concerned about the overall installation quality. Even when asked to make the windows more presentable looking, the pictures included in this review were the final product. All of this window trim was repaired and painted within the last year. Although I expected minor damage and understand that Comfort does not paint, this seems unacceptable. Overall, I did not expect the finished job to look worse than before.I have reached out to Comfort online via customer service however, I have received no response to date.
