We had a salesman come to do an estimate. His name is JOHN KISELAK. WOW is all I feel! He was so nice and patient-answering EVERY question we had .. He listened to us and took it ALL into consideration. We have purchased windows already from him (this company) now, we’re getting a new front door because of how he treated us (very respectful). I truly wish he was the 1st person we dealt with E V E R Y time for and E V E R Y job, we’re going to do with our house!!!!!!! If they do the kind of work we’ll need we for our next phase, we will definitely call again for the next job, and there are a few.i BTW, We didn’t call the company, they called US to make an appointment to come check out the windows they installed to make sure they were in perfect condition!!!! I couldn’t believe it!p.s. I’m my life I’ve never met a salesman so ULTIMATELY honest!p.p.s. After the door is installed I will write another reviewp.p.p.s. Jay was a remarkable salesman for Pro Edge Remodeling! He was personable and easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable about the products I was considering. He answered all my questions, illustrating his through knowledge of the entire window replacement process. It was a pleasure to deal with Jay! I am really looking forward to my new windows and door.
A really personable sales rep, but not a truthful presentation by any stretch. Rep claimed that ProEdge manufactured this “composite stone” material. That’s not true since it is made by Sentrel in Utah.There is a local company franchise in my county with the same exact material.No images of shower assembly choices-just one installation pix, same for shower doors. No business card available and no proposal received as agreed. Rep knew I had another estimate that same day and understood I would make a decision soon. Dishonesty won’t sell $20k tub/shower remodels
They were very easybto deall with- Great Pricing , the salesman was one of the best sales reps I have ever dealt with! The install crew arrived promptly, covered the floors and vented the bathroom being worked on! They used premium materials and did a Very neat job! When it was all done they fid a great cleanup job and removed all the materials from the jobsite! They tpok the time to vompletely how to use the system and to care fornit. I highly recommend Pro Edge! I had a bath tub removed and a Walk in Shower installed!
