From start to finish, the salesman, the measurer, and installers were great. Their work was outstanding, and their professionalism was a pleasantly refreshing. In the past few years, no matter where we go or what business or service we use, one thing has been a constant: people, in general, care less and less about quality customer service. Your company sent us someone four times, and each time the service person was personable, competent, and professional. We are very happy with our new windows - our house is unrecognizable and our neighbors have commented how nice they look. Thank you - you've made a customer for life. S & R
I am writing this review because the service, quality of the windows and the follow up to issues that I have been poor. I reached out to Champions and sent pictures of the quality of the windows that were installed and have not heard anything from the local office. The national customer service team reached out to me to check on how the install went and I told them about the quality of the windows and other issues I had. They said they would reach out to the local team for them to get back with me. It is going on a week and I still have heard from them. I would think twice about doing business with Champion.
I wish I could give more stars but this is an honest review. We had 10 windows replaced in our sunroom in June with the intent to eventually replace all the windows in our home through Champion (approximately 25 more). At this point we will go with a different company due to the terrible communication we've received. The transaction started out great. Our rep, Richard Vargas, was friendly, the installers were very professional and efficient. But we were told the window frames would be wrapped as part of the process and they were not. The installers weren't sent with the material and didn't know anything about it. We were asked to follow up with Mr. Westfall, who originally measured the windows for us. Since then, we've contacted and/or attempted to contact both Mr. Westfall and Mr. Vargas with no success to resolve this. We've been given the run around over and over, told someone will call us back, even told someone will come back out to look at it and fix it but we never even get a call back. Calling the local office has yielded the same results and nobody will give us the number for a manager to escalate this. We're extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and terrible communication that has been our experience and will not be recommending Champion to anyone.
