Changing our review. Only good part about our experience is the windows themselves. Install was terrible. We called them back multiple times over the first year. They would come out, never have all the right items and say they would be back in another few weeks. A month later, we would call back to chase them down, they would come out and the same cycle would be repeated multiple times. We finally gave up. We have leaks every time it rains. We've had more dirt coming in on the window sills during windstorms than we ever had with the old windows and just recently as we are undertaking repairs at our own cost, we discovered that not only did they not seal any of the windows, they also just pounded them into place when they didn't fit the opening as we are discovering bent frames. We're paying on a 10 year note for these things and now have to pay to have them all fixed correctly.

We chose Flawless Results when we first moved into our home in 2020. Their installers were clean, tidy, polite, on-time, and professional. I not only got what I paid for, but the quality of the work was outstanding. Years later, the windows still look brand new, and no more need for dark sun shades. It’s amazing to feel zero heat through the windows even in this intense New Mexico summer sun! Since then we have added two additional projects, the last of which was another eight windows on our home that hadn’t even lasted eight years from the previous installer and a huge 8 x 8 sliding patio door. With most houses in New Mexico, you don’t really know what you were doing with until you start the work, but the team was not going to quit until the doors were in perfectly square and straight. The team took Time to rectify an issue with the external door frame so that the patio door looked perfect. The constant message from the installers was “we want you to see how good this door is going to look.”

We need more companies like Flawless Results here in New Mexico.

**Update 3: The service manager reached out and he himself came with one of their techs, and fixed the door to the way it should be. There is no more cracks or gaps. Both storm door and front door aligns with no light showing through. They worked very hard to correct the issues, and I only wish it had been this way from the start. The finalized work completed today with the stucco touch ups, and it looks 10000% better than it did at the beginning of October.

Update 2: once again, THEY scheduled an appointment for 8 am on Saturday 16 September, no call, no show. I wish I could give 0 stars at this point, having mosquitoes in my house doesn't deserve any stars. :(

Update: Flawless Results called and set up an appointment to come and get a final check of their work... scheduled for 2 p.m. Wed 6 September. Called later and said they wouldn't be able to make it until 5:30 p.m., waited and waited, but no one ever showed up or even called to reschedule. Tried to call back, no answer.

Our $6,000 door has gaps at the top and bottom of the storm door, allowing for bugs and excess dust to get in and heat and cooling to escape.
The interior door is set wrong and doesn't close properly. It took half a year to get shoddy workmanship. First installation attempt, the door came backward. They reordered the door and then forgot to call us that the new one had arrived. The second install was fast and dirty, and didn't ensure proper fit. Husband didn't notice the gaps initially until the sun angle changed. The outside looks unfinished and like it was thrown together, and we were told, "it's just how it is," by the installers. Now, I have to find someone to give a finished look and pay more. Tried emailing, no response, but got kick back that the email address isn't valid. No response from phone messages left. Next stop is the Better Business Bureau because we are now left paying for a door that is no better set than our prior one. We paid for something to be done correctly and professionally and ended up with a horror story and a loan.

Overall I was impressed with flawless results stucco job! From the start to the end they kept me in the loop. My salesperson joe smith was very informative and helpful. Amanda and Lucy were very communicative within a month after I inquired they came to start the job. I really liked the crew that came to do the stucco. First week they came to brown the whole house which was Francisco’s crew. Francisco,Marvin,Luis,Jose,Eduardo were all professional and made me feel comfortable from the start to finish. They did the whole stucco browning in one day and came back one week later to do the finishing coat! also my location is down south in artesia nm I was impressed that they made no excuses to make it out here and got the job done solid. I would recommend to any business or home owner looking to improve their building. Thank you for making my house look flawless!! Below is some pics of the before,during, and finished production.

Flawless did a great job for us. It was a problematic situation for us as the windows needing replacing were custom built back in 1978. Old house sun room. Their advice was very helpful in design and kept our cost down.
They worked hard and quickly. When the outside finishing didn’t work with our previous windows they came back and fixed everything including rain run off pkaces that were not even part of the job. All the guys were polite, friendly, and conscientious. John, Ron and Earnie - my stars 5 ?? ! Definitely worth what we payed. Very happy customer.
