Alex and his crew came in and finished our windows in one day. They were very professional and courteous, may I add clean. I was worried about the mess. Much to my dismay, they kept it clean and cleaned everything up afterward. They could have left, but they put up the blinds and the curtains and showed us how the windows worked. They even washed off the porches after doing the windows spotlessly. They went above and beyond!Our salesperson, Christopher Martinez, was awesome, too! We told him what we wanted, and he gave us a quote. He helped us pick and choose what met our needs. We really appreciate the no pressure sales. He was just absolutely helpful. Window World has some of the best people working for them.Oh, and the windows are great too!
The crew who installed our beautiful windows were AWESOME!! Jerry, Obed and their install team did such an incredible job! They worked SO hard to make it perfect and made sure we were 100% happy with how it all turned out! We had been quite nervous about it as we were replacing very old, unique, wood windows. The new windows are BEAUTIFUL and all the finish work inside and out of the house turned out BETTER than we had envisioned!Our house was a bit of a difficult one since we have wood interior and exterior walls but they weren’t afraid of the challenge. We will definitely buy Window World windows when we need more in the future.Thank you to everyone who helped with this process from beginning to end from the salesmen, to the guy who did final measurements, to the manager we needed to speak with because of some concerns before we ordered the window and to the amazing team who did the install! ????
Roman, Isaac, Erick, and Filiberto did an excellent job installing the windows in our home quickly and in a highly professional, friendly, and accommodating way. My spouse works from home and asked if they could start in his office since he had some tasks to complete. They made sure to finish his office first.
The experience from beginning to end was stress free. From the initial consultation, window measurements then the install the entire staff was professional and courteous. The installation completed by James and Anthony was nothing less than spectacular. Window World has a great product and friendly staff.
Romain and Issac were wonderful for the install. I spent the day with them at my house installing two sliding glass doors. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up everything.I am very pleased and happy with everyone at window world. All steps from scheduling a consult appointment to project completion, I would highly recommend window world to anybody needing a window upgrade.
