We can’t speak highly enough of NOVA Exteriors! We’ve been in need of a new front door for a while, and after reaching out to multiple companies, we knew NOVA was the right choice. The entire process was easy, and everyone in the company who helped us was professional and knowledgeable. Rob and David were both great, walking us through the different options and answering all our questions. The technicians who installed our new door also did an amazing job! Ultimately, we are really happy with our new front door and the entire experience. 10/10 will be using NOVA for all our future window/door home projects.
Our experience with NovaExteriors company was great from start to finish. We need to replace our exterior siding. Rob Wardach was our initial point of contact who did the estimate. He was very knowledgable and guided us through the siding products ( pros and cons of each brand). With his help we were able to pick the right product for our house ( We chose Alside Ascend Composite Siding in Cape Cod Gray). The company installed oru siding/gutters/trim boards/capping on all windows and doors. Also they replaced some existing parts of bad materials with new sheets of plywood. Communication was great, everything was clearly written in the contract. We are very happy with the results. Thank you NovaExteriors!
I had my front door and storm door replaced by Nova Exteriors in Sept. I found this company to be top notch. Mary was the sales representative who came out to explain everything. She was wonderful and really knew the ins and outs of this product. She was very pleasant to work with and professional. The installers were ever efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I recently had a small issue with the door and the service person came out fairly quickly and fixed the problem. I love my doors and have had many compliments on them. I highly recommend this company if you want an excellent product and installed correctly. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. Thank you Nova Exteriors!
We had NOVA Exteriors replace a sliding door. I had some concerns after looking at other reviews, so stayed and watched the install. We're not super thrilled that they broke apart the old trim and used it as the filler for the gap. For the money spent, I'd expect a reputable company to at least provide their own new wood to fill the gap between the door and the house. During the consult, Daniel, the measuring specialist scheduled our appointment, cancelled, confirmed a new day and time, and then notified me that he couldn't make that time. I let him know I was only available during the timeframe he made and confirmed, and received a less then wonderful email reply and he made the time to be there on time. He was quite simply rude during that whole process.The installers were experienced, we loved talking with our sales rep, and we're happy with the way the door looks, just not the fact there's old trim being used as filler. NOVA Exteriors was the lowest quote we found and with that in mind, I'd say we got what we paid for, which is why even with the issues, they're receiving a 4 star rating.
We used Nova Exteriors to replace almost all of our original vinyl windows on our three story townhome. Two months after install and we've been pleased with the quality and look of the windows. The windows were sourced from the U.S. which led to quick turnaround from custom order to install. The price was reasonable compared with other bids and they didn't give us any trouble for changing the estimate to remove our most expensive window (a custom huge archway window that doesn't open and is in pretty good shape so we will wait to replace for a bit longer). We were worried about how the installers would handle the trim and whether any damage would be left but there was no damage. They know HOAs and give you a helpful estimate pamphlet that we used to submit to ours. While they left a bit of caulk on the worksite and it took some overcommunicating to get that removed, they handled it as well as helped us with 3 screen replacements that came slightly damaged from the factory. We would use them again for their quality product, good value, and quick install.
