At best, my experience was ROUGH with this company. From the get go, salesman was not truthful about the process and it got progressively worse from there. Horrible craftsmanship, water leak under the tub, damage to my existing paint, left a mess of debris in my bathroom & driveway and more. After 3 MONTHS of waiting to finally have a completed and acceptable bathroom, missing work multiple days to have multiple “sketchy” subcontractors come out to my house to fix these issues, I was told that me expecting a discount more than $250 was “laughable” and that “we don’t pay for inconvenience”. After being yelled at on the phone for 15+ min, the owner agreed to offer a $500 discount for this mess. I can’t speak to this company on their windows/doors but, as far as bathrooms, I would stay far away! Two stars because I guess a $500 discount is better than nothing and or court costs! DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU ALL WORK IS IN HOUSE, THEY USE SUBCONTRACTORS WHO SEEM TO DO SUB PAR WORK!

Charging 40k retail for an 8ft by 8 ft bathroom with discounts (20k+$)
Moving 3 fixtures all about 2 feet total.
High medium grade product but better exists out there. Competitors also offering warranty transfers and lifetime warranty. This company seems to potentially outsource their plumbing.

Salesman was kind sincere and knowledgeable but his hands were tied.

To the owner you should be ashamed. Everything here is factual and accurate.

The owner Joe called me and was screaming in the phone I recorded the whole conversation for anyone to hear how unprofessional they are.

We had our bathroom done. After first and second meeting felt confident. After the crew came everything was a disaster. The crew was unprofessional and did poor work. No attention to detail (in bathroom work detail is important for no leaks). During process dumped concrete under my tree to clean their buckets, stacked supplies against garage door and bent door, along with other issues. The floor they did not place mortar correctly as seen in photo. They did not allow tiles to rest before moving on. Shower leaked 3x. The caulking was poor quality as also seen in photo and had to be redone and "patched up" due to leaks. The drywall finishing had to be redone due to poor quality. Asked for a new crew and was told that could not happen or warranty would be voided. Many other issues as well. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Had them come out to completely remodel our bathroom and it honestly came out wonderful. The install crew was kind and installed a New shower, window's and a complete teardown of the walls and floors.
Now the reason the reason we didn't give 5 stars was that we had a bad experience with the salesman who made us a bunch of promises and didn't include them in the contract. After calling back and forth for days, we had the contract amended twice and while we did get what we were promised it left a bad taste in our mouth.
The price we paid was definitely on the higher end but overall we're happy with the bathroom

Our entire experience from consultation to install and now after has been fantastic. We absolutely loved having Nate come and explain everything, show us samples, and go through the specs of the windows we were having installed. He even suggested slider windows for a few of our rooms, which we hadn't considered, but really love now that they are installed. Of all the quotes we got, they were by far the best, and we are so happy we went with them.
Installation was quick and the installers were ultra considerate of our schedules; starting in our son's room first so that the caulk would be dry by the time he went to sleep. Follow up has been phenomenal; there are some hairline separations between a few pieces of molding outside, likely from some movement after sealing/installing which is understandable, and probably not a huge deal, but they have been really considerate of those concerns and are taking care of them so that everything is perfect. We love our windows, and went from 30+ year old Andersen windows to these, and it feels like looking outside in 4k. And not to mention- the noise reduction is real, and fantastic. Overall, we would 1000% recommend them to anyone, and are planning to use them for another project in the spring.

Update:
After about two months of having these windows, our picture window has condensation in it that occurs all the time. And after calling, texting and showing a technician, we are still told “it’s not inside” and that “it’s not a warranty issue”. Thousands of dollars on windows that they won’t stand behind and now we will have to replace it with another manufacturer and spend double the cash we did on the new one. On top of that, the technician who came here gaslit me about gaps in the molding, gaps in the flashing, and the screens being installed upside down(which we had to fix). Feeling a bit bamboozled here and really just disappointed.
