Exceptional experience with Russ. I don’t think you’ll find another company in the Atlanta area that compares for the price.Russ is a stand up guy and will win your trust instantly. If you call Russ at 9pm, there’s a 90% chance he’ll pickup the phone and a 10% chance he will call you back 2 times (consecutively) if he misses your call. He really cares.My house was complicated, a big demolition, a complicated rebuild, and a lot of custom/non standard work.I got 4 quotes, including some of the “bigger guys” in Atlanta including N*lson exteriors. The bigger companies give some people “piece of mind” but they made me endlessly uncomfortable, as every tiny change I asked for (a small window, a door) was met with a salesman asking for at least $3k/change. Attitudes like that delayed me starting my project as I was worried about what would they charge me when something “comes up” during the project?With Russ, there are no games whatsoever, his quote is his quote. It’s reasonable and more importantly, barring something catastrophic that is exactly what you’ll pay! His honesty and personality won me over instantly.The results speak for themselves. Fabio (his construction lead) did a phenomenal job, every detail is exactly how I wanted it. I am an anal person (we went down to the studs replacing everything) and even to my standards the team delivered.
Russ gave us our initial quote, and drove me around to some of the properties that he had done siding work for in the area. I was incredibly impressed by the attention to detail, and quality of work of the houses he showed me, particularly with the lack of noticeable seams between the siding boards. I visited some other jobs of competitors we got quotes from for jobs they had done, and even the best jobs had very noticeable seams which stood out to me. We decided to go ahead with the job with Russ, and from start to finish, the job was completed to perfection quickly and with utmost quality.

They answered any and all questions I had without hesitation. I am very happy with the job they have exceeded my expectations. Our experience with Perfection and Russ was actually ..... perfection!!! It was a rainy summer and so the project was delayed (only Mother Nature to blame!) but as soon as things cleared the crew arrived promptly as stated and everything went exceptionally well!! I had witnessed their work on a neighbor's house and knew the quality from that project. I cannot recommend this company more! It is a HUGE project to tackle but well worth the time, money, etc.The project included stucco removal, installation of new siding and trim (plus any dry rot repair), complete exterior painting.Before and after photos (literally the moment they left - I'll add more later!).
