The ease of obtaining high quality windows from Window Comfort has been seamless from beginning to end. The sales representative was not high pressure. He explained the product and was very knowledgeable. Our windows were installed in 7 hours and we replaced all of our windows. We love them. The other important piece was they were reasonably priced. This review is a bit overdue. On April 18th, my husband met with a sales representative from Window Comfort, and we decided to move forward with their services. After a few calls to their office, the team provided a clear explanation of the timeline for our custom window order, which helped us understand when to expect installation. Prior to that, communication could have been clearer.Our new windows were installed on July 16th, both upstairs and downstairs. The installation was originally scheduled for two days, but the crew completed all but one window in a single day. The remaining window had to be reordered due to a sizing issue, which was handled professionally. Toward the end of the first day, the team seemed to be working quickly, but the overall installation looked excellent. We later noticed a few minor imperfections where the wrong color caulking appeared to have been used. On August 29th, the installers returned to complete the final window and address all touch-ups. Before this project, our old windows were inefficient and lacked proper security. The new windows have greatly improved both the appearance and energy efficiency of our home. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the Window Comfort team. We would recommend them to anyone considering new windows.
After 25 years of living in our new home we realized it was past due for a window update.We spoke with several large well known companies and had quotes from them. We decided in January to do the home show and give it a final tour.We stopped into Window Comfort a company we had not heard of or seen advertised.Clayton came out to our house and did a review of our windows and talked about what their windows could offer us. We were impressed with the honest no pressure approach and even more impressed with the features of the window. They had some features and technology we hadn’t seen before. Their pricing was fair and very competitive and with regards to the “majors” a lot less.After talking it over we decided to go with Window Comfort.We had some issues with family along the way and Ray and Clayton were kind and understanding and worked with our time table.Finally the day arrived for the installation. We’ve been through some major renovations so we are no strangers to installations. Well let me tell you that we were honestly surprised how well organized and trained their installation crews are. We were doing 44 windows and to do that in one day is no small undertaking. Their crews are very polite and considerate of your home. They are prompt on arrival and keep you updated as to each step of the process. They do a great job of removing your old windows cleaning the mess and great pride in the installation and cleaning of your new windows both inside and outside your home.Finally on completion of the installation they do a complete survey of the project and train you in the operation and warranty of your new windows.We are thrilled with our choice of Window Comfort and amazed at the quality of the product. We no longer hear the traffic and enjoy watching the wind blow through our trees and play the wind chimes we don’t hear also! I highly recommend this company and their product!John Foster
