Can I PLEASE get someone to call me. My problem this time is one of windows won't close. Winter storm came through and I've got a window 2inches open. I've tried all the numbers I've had over the years and no one answers. I've had my windows for a month short of 4yrs. About 10 of those were great. Nothing but problems since. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOUSY COMPANY!
WORST SERVICE EVER! Paid for all windows in full. After install our front Window wouldn’t lock. Technician came out, to “fix” it. He drilled several large ugly holes in the frame, and then said “I’ll be back to fix that” NEVER CAME BACK. 3 days later that window cracked straight down from where he drilled. I have been calling about this over and over being told false promises. I have had to send photos of this window 4 different times because they forget about me. I was told that tech was fired after months of calling for repair. I have been calling non stop for over 2 years to get this fixed. After 2 years I finally get told by “Heather” that they ordered me a new frame and glass… yay! WRONG The installer calls me and tells me he has the part and is ready to install a new frame. I said “what about the broken glass?” He said “oh we never knew about broken glass” I said “that’s literally the whole reason I have been calling for” he said “oh well I guess we will have to get back to you” NEVER DID. I call and call and call, it gets sent up over and over.FINALLY Katie calls me and says sorry I have fallen through the cracks so many times and they will schedule someone to come measure the window… which I found strange because they have the window measurements on file and allthe photos. So why now all of the sudden??? Yall apparently ordered the frame no problem with no measurements???? But a tech made an appointment with me and then set a date and then called and canceled and rescheduled. He then came the following Monday… took measurements and I have been waiting for 4 months for the new window and frame. But guess what!? Any time I call any Woodbridge number it goes straight to voicemail. No one has gotten back to me. This has been the WORST service EVER. They sold a total and complete lie. I have been calling every day this past month and straight the voicemail. Heather, Katie, Brad. All the people who are “in charge” goes straight to voicemail. This company is a JOKE. I am beyond furious and will be seeking legal action
I’m very very upset with my experience with this company. My dad who is very ill and bedridden, needed a shower installed in his home. I live out of town so I was not able to see the final job until around a week after completion. I walked in and there is cracked and chipped tile, caulking that is not fully done, grout on the floors and all over the front porch, chipped paint on the window, sharpie left on the shower itself, the drain looks awful, and the porch weather coating was chipped during install. I called and spoke to two different managers a week ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. I feel as if my dad was taken advantage of because they knew he wouldn’t be able to get up and see the damage caused. As much as we paid for that shower, there should have been ZERO complaints nor damages. I will be calling every day until we get a solution.
My window looks like if I did it my self. Wood frame exposed to the elements a 2x4 or 2x6 sticking out. Also my Door is missing a strike plate/dead bolt plate. I’m not saying I could have done a better job, but they are supposed to be professional that’s why we pay for the service.
.icah Nash was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and gave us our options and prices. Great guy! Our installers were Ryan and Makayla Montes. They were professional and thorough. They left the job site clean.Very nice , doing quality work! The picture window looks great!!!
