Apparently there were a few staff losses that affected their service to us. From the very beginning I advised them I was concerened how they were going ot treat the transisiton at the threshold. After numerous calls during the time between when the door was ordered and when it was installed 2-3 months later, they still did a poor and unfinished job with the threshold. I had to literally describe, explain and show them the materials to use and how it should be done. Eventually they completed the job to my satisfaction. I would use them again but I would be very careful to review the process detail by detail.

The product was price right , and the three man team were professional throughout the installation they treat my home as if it was their own , mean detailed and project our investment . We contacted Legendary CalRep Windows and Doorsas we were in need of a new front door for our house. I contacted the company and within a couple of days the sales rep. Jason showed up. He was on time and explained to us step by step what the procedure was going to be, the cost as well as the timeframe. Within a couple of days of the initial sales call we then had Eric come out and verify all the measurements were correct and explained what the next steps would be. When installation day came the installer Fermin showed up on time and completed the work and left work are of our house cleaner then we he started. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to replace doors and/or windows as they are an extremely professional group to do business with.
