I like how they send a text or email with the tech's name and photo.. they're open 24 hours,but couldn't send anyone right away after midnight so I had to take the 9am-noon appointment.. I was damn freezing all night couldn't even sleep..Angel tellez was very nice spoke very calm and understood my disability being deaf.. I understood him speaking to me..I was given discount, but still felt the price was high..He did a very good job on the window.. took his time which was ok to me.. cleaned up the broken glass pieces.. etc..Thank you for the repair..

Jonathan and Andy were so great, they cleaned up as they went was very friendly not only just to me, but between the dog and the dog loved him too so that’s always a good sign. I’ve worked with many contractors, but my experience with SDRCCA has been the most disappointing to date.What started as a $700 glass replacement has left me with a window that is completely inoperable, unable to lock, and a home that is now a safety risk.The "Highlights" of this Nightmare:Incompetent Diagnosis: During the first visit, the tech ignored parts I showed him and assured me the job was simple. He was wrong.Zero Communication: I was promised 2-week turnaround and constant updates. Instead, I had to chase them for three weeks straight without a single promised callback.Damaged Property: On installation day, the tech realized he couldn't fit the glass because he missed a broken "shoe" part during diagnosis. In his frustration, he broke additional parts (a pivot bar and another shoe).Unacceptable "Fixes": After breaking my window, he literally suggested I go to Home Depot to buy a piece of wood to prop it up. This is a professional window company!Unprofessional Conduct: The tech eventually got so frustrated that he asked ME to remove the window for him because "things keep happening" when he touches it. I refused to take on the liability for his job.Never responded to my email formal complaint after more than 5 business days.The Current Result:I paid my balance in full, yet I am left with a window that is "rigged" with screws, cannot be raised or lowered, and cannot be locked. To make matters worse, they now want to charge me an additional $350 to fix the parts their own technician broke during the install.Avoid this company. They lack the basic technical skills to finish a job and the integrity to fix their own mistakes. I am still waiting for a fair resolution that doesn't involve me paying for their errors.
I found the company by Google. I called and made appointment right away and they came right away. David Panas was my technician. Very professional, efficient and very helpful . Thank you. My window is done already its less than a week and very nice.
