I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick Kanagie from Renewal by Andersen, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Rick arrived on time for the window measurements, demonstrating a high level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, ensuring that I understood what to expect at every stage of the project. In addition to Rick’s expertise, I had the opportunity to interact with the sales representative, Dale, who was equally impressive. Dale provided detailed explanations and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. His friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. He returned to meet with Rick and discuss the specifics, showcasing their teamwork and dedication to providing excellent service. This is the second time Rick Kanagie has come out to my home, and the second time I’ve used Renewal by Andersen to finish replacing our doors. Once again, an excellent experience! Rick is incredibly approachable and professional. He handled everything with ease… including my dog barking at him and then immediately showering him with kisses. ?? He was patient, friendly, and completely unfazed. What I really appreciated was how thoroughly he explained everything from start to finish, what to expect, timelines for ordering, and how long installation would take. He went into detailed explanations (going completely over my head because I am not Bob Villa and I have no Martha Stewart skills whatsoever ??), but he made sure I understood the important parts and that I felt comfortable with the process. I know some people say Renewal by Andersen is on the pricier side, but you truly get what you pay for!!! The warranty is strong, the quality is excellent, and every single person from this company who has come into my home has been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. And let’s be honest… I’m not fixing doors myself. Highly recommend Rick and the entire Renewal by Andersen team!

From the initial contact, to pre install, to the completed installation, the process was smooth. The reps and installers were professional. Our project rep. was helpful at keeping us up to date throughout the project, even up to the day of the installation. The installers were clean and professional leaving the work site cleanly swept. Our patio door looks and works amazing. We highly recommend that you choose Renewal by Anderson for your next windows and doors for you home.

Daniel Schulmire was my design consultant, he explained and showed me the difference of older or other windows and what renewal by Andersen offers. The experience was great.
