The person at the front desk was nice and they quickly fixed our sliding glass door that had shattered. It wasn't overly expensive and they quickly answered any questions we had over the phone. The service we got was only to have the door's glass fixed; we brought the door into the shop, brought it back when it was fixed, and reinstalled it ourselves.
