First off their prices were fair maybe their craftsmanship would’ve been good as well. However I shopped around for window repair called several companies gave them my address and number told them what I needed asked every company if they can come out same day Friday 10-31-3025 they all said no bear valley was my second to last call I made. I told Melisa if she couldn’t come out Saturday I wasn’t interested I needed same day or Saturday . So I made a call to ABC Glass and screen and he said he couldn’t come Saturday but could come Sunday. As a Christian I’m not working Sunday nor will I expect others too but ABC Glass was the only willing company. So I texted him back and confirmed with him. Told my wife expect them between 9 am and 11 am. Mind you my wife doesn’t know any of these companies names. Well Steve comes in his Tesla regardless apparently his receptionist still scheduled us in the confusion we didn’t realize it was another company so he took his measurement a couple hours later ABC Glass come took the frame out then at about 3:00 pm Bear valley comes back out and the whole circus is unfolded they removed the plywood that ABC put on I told them sorry man but idk why you guys are even here I said keep the deposit I apologize. 50% mind you well his guys say they want 200 more that would be 80% of the total bill I told them there’s no way this ain’t my problem well they said Steve will call me. I’m getting ready to leave my phone died I was waiting to charge it in my truck well 5 minutes later his guy comes knocking on my door like a damn mafia member pressing me for the money he said your phones off and Steve’s trying to call you I told him my situation and said I will call him in a bit well I leave charge my phone make a couple calls my wife leaves to pick up the kids from school I call her after my phone calls she says his techs are parked up our street sitting in their vehicle like what do you guys plan to do and for 200 dollars how hard up are you as a company. So I call Steve try reasoning with him to no avail I’m over it tell him no worries man it’s l good I’ll pay you but call me tomorrow when I’m not driving this guy was locked on like a pitbull for his 200$ to cover the glass like you can’t reuse 24” glass it’s a common size window but I digress. So I told him omg you aren’t going to let this go I’d rather not do this while I’m driving man well the pitbull doesn’t skip a beat no shame doesn’t give a damn he needs his window money so give him my card info say my goodbyes compartmentalize that I just won’t use him again. But then my wife tells Me his guys pulled off basically around the time we got off the phone like brother you running a gang or a business what’re you planning to have your guys go and harass my wife and my children while you know I am gone for $200.00 you should’ve never even been here in the first place. So just be cautious when you call these people make sure you call and confirm multiple times whether you are using them or not cuz it will end up costing double. Oh and I appreciate the horde of flies in my home you just couldn’t put the damn board back.

First off their price was BETTER than everyone else! I contacted Bear Valley Glass to replace Patio Doors that were ruined by the previous inhabitants and because of the horrendous calcium and limescale build up I begrudgingly had to replace them. As you can see in the before and after photo the new glass INSTANTLY improved my recent bedroom renovation! SWEET! And they had no problem using the existing frame that was surprisingly still in good condition! It was a quick and easy installation, everything done conveniently in just one day. Although there was a small problem that occurred, thankfully the company made things better immediately which was greatly appreciated, because no one wants to fight to make things right! Having a company you can depend on to conduct themselves as professionals is worth its weight in Gold. Also, I was happy to discover they are a Family-Owned Business instead of a huge heartless corporation which I prefer to support. I will 100% use Bear Valley Glass again, No doubt about it!

We needed to get windows for our home and they came out and measured and were very friendly. The windows came in and yesterday they were installed. We were extremely happy with the quality of service we received from the installers, Alex and Javier. They were friendly, professional and quick. Our new windows look amazing. Also, the gentleman that came out and measured went above and beyond and took note of our shower door and ordered our bathroom window to match. We were not aware this was even an option so imagine our surprise when Alex and Javier installed it and we saw it. That little extra customer service means a lot! Definitely would recommend Bear's Valley Glass to anyone looking to get work done.

Reliable Company , great people and great cheery service. They had someone come to my home and measure my dining table, he was very kind explained everything to me I had no further questions. My dining table looks great and is now protected with glass. Thank you Bear Valley Glass!
