Jerry is also very punctual and will show up if he said he's going to come. Jerry took his time to make sure things are done to the best of his abilities. I had a bent/bowed window frame that another big company said they could not replace the cracked glass after failing the initial attempt and recommended to replace the entire window frame for $1500. I gave Jerry a call and he told me up front he will try his best to help and he did not disappoint. I was present during the installation and Jerry took all the appropriate steps to work with the window frame instead of treating it like another typical installation like the other company did. All in all, Jerry has saved me a lot of money and I cannot thank him enough for his honestly, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Thank you Jerry!

I called jerry after an attempted break in at my home. Originally he did not have what I needed but remembered the call and checked at his shop later that day, called me back and was able to make the repair within 24 hrs of calling. He is kind, honest, responsive and performs quality work at a reasonable price. I hope to never need his services for the same reason but if I do, I will call him first.

Jerry if a very nice and kind spoken person. He lets you know everything upfront and keeps in contact throughout the process of repairs. He replaced a couple windows a year or so ago and I needed him again and reached out. So glad he’s still around because he does great work.
