Emmanuel was awesome. He knows what he is doing.He arrived before our appointment time and he completed everything rapidly and cleaned up after he was done. My husband had contacted Glass Dr. about a week and a half from a HUGE Arctic storm that covered the majority of the U.S. We were supposed to have my windshield replaced on the Friday before that storm. My husband was then in an accident, so I contacted Glass Dr to let them know. As soon as the words, "my husband was in an accident" left my mouth, Glass Dr asked if he was o.k. NOT just, "ok so when do you want to change the service date to?" They were genuinely concerned. We tentatively made it for the Thursday before the storm but because we knew the storm was coming, so we made it was tentative. Hoping the meteorologist were wrong as usual (no shade if you are one.) On Wednesday, they called and asked if I would like to reschedule it because of the storm. We scheduled it again. This time they were able to come out. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, quick (about an hour) and above all of that great at replacing my windshield, at my home. It wasn't just that they replaced my windows, they replaced all of the government tags (toll tag, registration) and the non government (my car wash sticker, oil change.) It looks amazing! If you are looking for a GLASS DR. Definitely hire GLASS DR.

Glasses Doctor of Arlington installed a tempered glass backsplash for me. They worked with a company in Michigan who fabricated the glass. They did such accurate measurements that the installation went very smoothly. The installers were friendly yet professional. They were meticulous in their attention to detail. Their expertise & demeanor inspired confidence in their ability to do the job & I was thrilled with the result. Would not hesitate to use them again.
