I am a contractor, I dropped off screens for an entire house and they force you to pay 100% up front so even if they give you scrappy service you've already paid them. Anyways when I called in to find out if I could pick them up they told me they forgot to send them off which set my entire project off. Did they offer any discount... no... they basically told me tough crap sorry and I had to wait another week and a half. They don't care about people, go somewhere else, there's better companies out there
We never got a quote. We had 20 windows to replace and wanted a quality repair. They came out, measured and said they would call with a quote. No call. I called them and it took her 10 minutes to find papers that said they came out. She said she would give us a quote in a couple days. It has been a few weeks and still no call. If they did not want my business they could of at least called and let us know. They either operate with poor communication or management.
Ernest sent JC and Adrian (I think that was his name) out to the job and they were great. It has taken me 6 months for someone to come and fix my window. It was only a single pane, first floor repair. It was like to the other companies, the small job wasn't worth the effort. I called Lonestar at 10:30 on Tues and they were out by 8:30 on Weds. The job took 20 min and looks GREAT!! I really appreciate their work and am definitely going to refer them to others. Thank you guys for the job well done.
