This company does not care about you, your home or your items in it. They only care about working as fast as possible so they can get to the next job to make more money. The owner does NOT communicate what to expect; not in timeline NOR with the installation. The ONLY information I received was by ME asking questions. I waited over 2 months from the original date they gave me. Still I understand things happen. Installation day, the workers shop vac explodes dirt/dust in my den. Still I get accidents happen; I accepted and knew I would need to clean my den and rug. The next morning I get up early before work to clean it; That is when I see dirt, dust and debris all over my home; a fine dust on all surfaces, even folded clothes. My home is 2-story; 26 windows, 3,000 sq ft, large front windows, completed in 7 hours. There was dust upstairs covering each surface & shelves in 4 rooms. The previous week I had new floors installed in my entire upstairs; 2 days prior to window install, I cleaned & put 4 rooms back together/decorated. I KNOW MY HOME WAS DUST FREE. When I contacted the owner over multiple issues I witnessed during installation, he argued and his tone was RUDE. He sent his wife & maid to clean even though he had offered a cleaning co. They used swiffer dusters (I even offered wet microfiber clothes to wipe the dust). I specifically showed the women were the dust was the worse and they didn’t even clean it all; one room they didn't even go in. When I shared there was still dust in 3 rooms, the male owner said “You got a free cleaning!”, WHEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN THE MESS THE COMPANY CREATED. The owner DID NOT EVEN do a walk through to inspect the job to ensure the windows were installed correctly or operate correctly. NO customer service or care. Dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences. This could have been avoided with basic customer service and communication. When you change 26 windows in a 3K sq ft home with a front great room (my home=swiss cheese), a company in business for 20+ years SHOULD KNOW DUST/DEBRIS WILL GO ALL OVER YOUR HOME WITH AIR FLOW OF MULTIPLE WINDOWS OUT. A good company WOULD BE DECENT ENOUGH TO TELL CUSTOMERS that dust is imminent. The owner is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & does NOT CARE about customers. FYI, on this companies' website they list that they are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau; the company is NOT! Check the BBB website if you want to see for yourself.

Wonderful experience from start to finish ! Rick came out , explained the process and showed us our options . Once our windows were constructed (only a couple of weeks) , installation was fast , friendly and personable . We can’t say enough good things about the installation team , 13 windows installed in 5 hours . They treated the interior of our home with care , and clean up interior and exterior was great ! The cost was a pleasant surprise , compared to what some of our neighbors have paid recently . Thank you Rick and M&M

Rick and his guys do great work. Rick came out very quick to do our quote. I had doors added to the front room of our house to convert it to a baby room. I felt the quote was honest and very reasonable. The work was excellent! The guys that came out to do the installation went above and beyond and left the area they were working in as clean as it was when they arrived. I would definitely use M&M again in the future for any door or window needs.

I can't say enough about this company. This past week I had all the windows in my home replaced. It was a big job that took two days. I can't express how professional and attentive the installers were. Paying such attention to detail. Hands down this service was top notch. I will be using them again to replace all my doors. Thank you M&M for taking such good care of the home I adore so much.
