We are incredibly happy with the service we received from US Energy Windows and Doors. John and his team were very professional and communicative. We priced out 5 different companies and chose US Energy Windows and Doors because they provided the best window at an unbeatable price. The installers were very skilled and did an excellent job with installation and cleanup. We'd recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows.

This was a residential job on my home where I replaced all of the first floor windows on a very old house (i believe it was 12 windows) and the house was built in the '30s. Here are the important things to know: - they always showed up - the installers were professional and communicated at every step (there was some wood rot around the framing) and I knew exactly what was going to have to be replaced and paid for - Window quality is phenominal! I have seen a drop in my electric bill which was one of the goals. - project manager was in constant communication (at least once a day) and visited the job site - clean up was done at the end of each day - job stayed in scope and was completed in a timely manner I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and the overall result was fantastic! The large picture window in the front was especially well done. It used to be a 4 paine single glass ¹window. The internal wall is plaster. They did an amazing job replacing¹ it with a picture window and did not destroy the interior plaster in the process. In fact they reframed the interior and it looks way better.

I ordered 8 windows, with a Contract stating that they were for 89.75" tall openings. The windows that were actually ordered and installed are only 87" tall. Ed, the owner of US Energy Arlington, refuses to accept any responsibility for the errors. With one set installed at the top of their opening, and the others installed at the bottom, they are misaligned. In addition, inside we still have 200+ nail heads showing and walls that need repainting because the windows are too small. There is NO WAY you should be buying from this outfit!!

After at least 5 different quotes from companies, you really learn a lot about windows, cost and sales reps. Ultimately, Service, Price and Quality in that order is why I went with Ben / US Energy Windows. Ben was Super! and is the really why we pulled the trigger on a total window replacement on our home. He was very knowledgeable on the product, non pressure and patient. This is a BIG purchase and you want it to be done right! I can't tell you how many times I would request new quotes from Ben because I changed my mind on different window choices. The installation process is critical! and the US ENERGY WINDOW team did a great job installing all 37 windows. We went from white builder grade aluminum windows from 20 years ago to Clay vinyl windows. What a big difference! I would highly recommend if you are in the market for windows, to call US ENERGY WINDOWS for a quote.

All around an amazing experience. If I could give them ten stars I would! Ben was very patient with me and walked me through everything. The first time he came to my house I think he was there for almost three hours making sure I had all my questions answered and didn’t rush me when comparing the different styles of the frames. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I had at least 6 people give me bids, and no one’s customer service was even close to Ben’s. When walking me through the contract he made sure to go through the contract cover to cover and didn’t rush me. When the doors were ordered he gave me weekly check ins and told me what to expect. He made sure I had the best of the best to install my doors. When my doors were being installed he personally stopped by to check in on me. After my doors where installed he made sure that I was happy and walked me through step by step to sign up for my warranty. If you want the best of the best contact Ben!
