Initially met John for the initial consultation and quote, very straightforward and professional. At the day of installation, John communicated and provided an exact time the installation team would be arriving (from the first day there has been excellent/timely communication ). Joon and his installation crew arrived on time and installed all (12) windows of the second floor condo, in approximately 5 hours. The quality of installation, craftsmanship, and skilled labor was outstanding. At the end of the installation, crews cleaned up, throughly vacuumed, and disposed of all old material. Joon also took the time to explain the warranty, and instructions on the operation of the windows. We can’t express enough how professional the crew, company, and installation has been. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for installation of new windows.

They are efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The windows and door look fantastic and just as described. The whole team is great, super responsive and accomodating. There's only one problem..now I want to speed up the rest of the work I'm doing to match these gorgeous upgrades!

They took time and care to place tarps down to prevent less dust on our floors, respected our place by taking off their shoes indoors, cleaning the windows, and triple checking that the windows are fully insulated! They were very quick and efficient, but made sure everything was done correctly. They also took the time to clean up after themselves as if nothing happened. Lastly they explained to us how to clean and use our windows! I highly recommend them if your need new window replacements!
