The team at Britt and Tilson were fantastic to work with, they were up front with a pricing estimate based on the photos and measurements I'd provided. They came out and we discussed options for our shower to not only save cost, but to ease installation as well. There was a delay in getting some of the hardware and their team kept us informed of the delay and made sure we were taken care of. Even on installation day, although they were only 30 minutes late, the installation team took the time to apologize for being late and were very professional the entire time.I would not only do business with them again I will refer people to them. This is a family-run company and it feels like one. In the age of giant corporations where you get treated like a number and have to talk to robots this is such a personable, friendly group. They also did a fantastic job fixing my antique mirror. It was cracked when I moved out of biltmore village to Weaverville just days before the flood in 2024. The mover who cracked it paid for it but then the flood happened and I thought it was lost forever. These guys took the time to dig through the rubble and though their whole business was lost they found the old frame of the mirror under mud and scraps. It was the very one my nana had bequeathed to me upon her death in 2016. I held onto the frame until they were back on their feet and returned a week ago (Feb 2026) to finally get the mirror fixed. By then the frame was still in one piece (old antiques are well made) but rather sad looking. They fixed it right up and it looks brand new. It’s just beautiful. And since they remembered me from ‘24 and that the mover had paid way back then, I didn’t have to pay an extra dime. Best of all it was ready for pick up on my nana’s bday. She would have been 106. Thank you so much Britt & Tilson. Now I just need to figure out where to put it. And I will certainly return if I ever need anything.
The Britt and Tilson team did an excellent job today…! They took an 18 year-old glass shower door and made it look new. They installed new gasket material, adjusted to fit perfectly.Very courteous, knowledgeable, and clean work, would highly recommend…!!!
We are very pleased with the craftsmanship of the shower doors and mirrors. We appreciate their responsiveness for an issue we were having which is very common with new builds. They promptly fixed the issue, communicated well via text and the craftsmen that serviced the issue were great. I highly recommend Britt and Tilson Glass.
Quick shout out to recognize Zeke! He was in his company vehicle at the Arden Ingles gas pumps when I was also fueling up on a very windy and cold day several weeks ago. I had some questions about shower doors in general and he was absolutely gracious and generous with his responses. I was impressed that he just seemed like a super good guy. Great representation for this company. I appreciated his taking time to answer my questions out of the blue like he did.
