I can't say enough about Jim and his team. My wife and I have never taken on such a large project for our home. He was incredibly responsive when we first reached out. He came out within a day or so and gave us a quote quickly.

First, the good about Jim and his crew, and then the short story about our home.

Jim is knowledgeable with more than 3 decades of experience under his belt. Jim is an honest, fair man, and a just very decent human being. Jim's communication is impeccable: he calls you back; he communicates with you throughout the entire project; he is reassuring; and he listens to you. Jim is a hands-on business owner. Yes, he has a crew that does a bulk of the work, but he was right there in delivering supplies, helping to remove the old and install the new windows, and oversaw roof repairs we needed. Jim takes pride in the work his company does and he truly wants his customers to be happy.

Jim's crew was led by Rudy, who along with his crew, were also amazing. Their work ethic is like nothing I've seen in a while. Rudy and his crew worked 11 hour days during that end of June / beginning of July week where it was always muggy, and 90 degrees or above. Other than stopping for a truly deserved lunch break, they did nothing else but work on my home... so impressive. Rudy and his crew were very friendly and respectful of my property as well. Jim, Rudy and his crew also did a wonderful job of cleaning up my yard after completing the home project.

My home is 26 years old, and had been leaking into the house around some of our windows, mainly during the heavy winds and rain like we had before and during Helene. We also came to realize that there was nothing under our current vinyl siding other than the OSB plywood, which because of the leaks was rotting in a few places around some of the windows. So, it was time to get this all fixed in preparation for this fall's unknown weather - - tear off and remove all the existing siding, wrap the house in water resistive barrier house-wrap, install new windows throughout, and reside the house.

I had called a few contractors, but Jim was the only one who timely called me back and came out to look at my home and the job. His estimate was also very fair and reasonable.

Jim and his crew, led by Rudy, did an amazing job! The windows are very nice, and the new siding just makes our home look so beautiful. In addition to being an excellent contractor, Jim is very good at making recommendations on designing the outside (what siding would look best, what colors look good together, etc).

Jim and his crew also fixed issues we had been having with our roof - - something outside their normal scope of work, but wanted to do for us since they had just done our windows and siding. Jim wanted my wife and I to be totally pleased with our "new" home. We had a new roof put on in 2017, but still had leaks during heavy rains. The roofing company that put the roof on had come back out at least 3 or 4 times since 2017 and did a "bandaid" repair. The last time they came out, after Helene, they told us the leaks were from the windows. Jim and his crew found that our issues in this part of the house were likely due to problems with flashing around dormer windows, and not the windows themselves. Jim even had taken multiple pictures of the problems to show me, and for me to show the roofing company. Thanks Jim! We've had some heavy rains since you finished up, and guess what... everything is dry inside...NO LEAKS!!
