Very happy with my Pella sliding doors. Such an improvement in looks and function with the integrated blinds. Also helping on energy costs. Before they were even installed my rep, Andy, found a flaw that I never would have noticed. It didnt pass his eye test so he reordered and made sure they were perfect. Now thats quality and customer service!

5 stars do not begin to describe my current experience with Billy from Pella. I came to him after expensive window project went south. Billy has listened patiently, and assured me that all would be well. He has helped me step by step through the process, understanding how this time I have to get it right. All my questions have been answered and information I needed provided.Chris at the showroom and Jamisonwho measures have also been essential to making sure I have a clear picture of what I am doing. I am deeply grateful.
Billy is simply the best!!! Came in and offered all Pella has and gave us some great ideas on new window configurations. He listened and understood what we needed and gave us a plan to accomplish what we wanted. He is such a great guy and you can tell he loves Pella. I would recommend Pella and specifically Billy 1000%!!!!
