Seashore Construction just finished up their second major project with us. I cannot say enough how happy we have been with this company, from start to finish.

3 years ago, Seashore replaced our roof, siding, windows, decks, and stairs at our home in SIC. Their attention to detail, workmanship, professionalism, friendliness, you name it...top notch. They found and quickly addressed issues with rot, which was expected...but also expressed concerns with the safety of the pilings which supported our deck. Nothing was overlooked. Everything was done on time exactly as promised. Vince was with us from start to finish and did whatever it took to make sure the job was perfect.

This fall, we decided to undergo another big project on our home in Camden County (yes!!! They travel up this way!!) We contacted Vince who, again, was awesome to work with, only this time he felt like an old friend. He was helpful with ideas, samples, and answered any questions we had. Chuck was on site to go over everything and finalize our ideas before work began. They had a few ideas of their own, which we went with and we are so so happy with the result. This round was roof, gutters, siding, and the addition of sliding doors and a brand new deck off of our kitchen. AMAZING WORK. Same thing....we felt taken care of from start to finish. They will take care of your house and property as it was their own. Jake and the roofing crew, the amazing deck crew, and finally Luis and the siding crew were all absolutely amazing. Kind, professional, and so nice to work with. They also found some rot issues and walked us through exactly what would happen (this was with both the roof and siding). We feel comfortable knowing that our house is now done correctly and will last for years so we can pass it along to our daughters. One of the things we were happiest about was the cleanup. We have a big yard with two large dogs, so we were grateful for them taking such care to make sure to clean up properly.

I feel like I am forgetting to thank or praise someone, but suffice it to say that we are extremely happy, and would recommend Seashore for any constructions needs.

If you are looking for a honest, trustworthy, and reputable company for your next home improvement project please strongly consider Seashore Construction! Let’s say I am a very picky home owner that pays close attention to detail and was very happy with the customer service, communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work!

I recently had a good amount of work done on my house: roof, skylights, soffit, fascia wrapped in aluminum, gutters, and guards. I did my homework and then some by getting SIX (6) quotes from very reputable companies. All were very good and competitive; however, Seashore stood out to me from the very beginning.

My sales rep and project manager was Jake T. When Jake came to quote the job he spent a good amount of time assessing the job, walked around the house, got on the roof, crawled in the crawl space by my bonus room and went in the attic. He answered all my questions. Jake and his team sent me the quote in a few days, which was very detailed ( and to my liking!). Everything was spelled out!

Jake and his team updated the quote based on my comments and was very patent as we picked out colors. Tthey didn’t try to upsell me on anything! In fact, they talked me out of some higher end soffit and other materials! I really respected that!

Jake and his team said the job would take three days and it took three days. Jake was there each day, which is necessary is when getting this type of work done! Note, some companies didn’t factor in a project manager with their quote.

The first day Juan and his roofing crew of six guys showed up and worked from 7am to 8pm on the hottest day of the year. These guys didn’t stop. I only ended up having a small overage for plywood wood and a small section of fascia that needed to be replaced,

Day 2 included wrapping the fascia in aluminum and new soffit. Gabriel and Junior were very professional and did exceptional work!!!!

Day three was gutters and guards. The crew did a great job!

During the entirety of the project, Jake and his team wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. Let’s just say the entire Seashore team went above and beyond in each phase of the project. There were times when other project managers had to fill in to assist with oversight. It was a true team effort.

I hope you found this review helpful when selecting a company for your next home improvement project! I didn’t have too much knowledge of the company before selecting them for my project, but I am glad I selected them!

We recently had new siding installed on our house by Seashore Construction Corporation. The project was completed on time and under budget. We are happy to say that Seashore Construction answers their phone and shows up on time. The time between first contact and job completion was exactly one month!
When we started this project, we contacted three bidders. Seashore Construction was the most responsive. Within a day, an estimator came to our house, looked over the job, and provided us with product samples. We then had a reasonable estimate to perform the work and an approximate start date.
All contact with Seashore Construction was professional. The office associates, estimator, project supervisors, and installers were courteous and above board. Phone calls were answered, and concerns were addressed immediately.
The actual installation took less than five working days. From demo day to driving the last nail into place, the job site was neatly maintained. The installers took an hour at the end of each day to leave our property swept clean and free of debris. Care was taken to protect our lawn, shrubbery, and plants.
Our main concern leading into the project was how the installation was to progress in the area of the outdoor utilities and the air conditioning unit. The installers worked around these items like surgeons! We were very impressed.
Finally, when all was said and done, we now have a house that looks new, and the surrounding property is no worse for wear. Excellent job, overall.

I am unable to recall the exact number of projects we’ve worked on with Seashore, but I must say that their professionalism and quality of work continues to impress. Although their proficiency and work ethic have been extensively covered in other reviews, I’d like to highlight the smaller yet significant details that showcase their commitment to excellence. In addition to building our deck , they fixed our old door and broken doorstep (not part of the project). We were impressed by the team’s, particularly Bob Strouse’s friendly demeanor.
