Absolutely amazing company. The windows are great quality installation was a breeze couple of hiccups. They fixed it right away. Johnny has been amazing. Mandy has been amazing and all of Butch and his clan recommend window and doors in Augusta to absolutely anybody and I would use them again.
5 star ratings!!! Thanks Barrett Windows for doing an excellent job at installing my windows at a reasonable price. I'm adding this review because for me it's about how you handle a situation that matters. I had to ask Barrett to adjust one of my doors and they came right out - NO WAIT time. Their associate, Mike came out and fixed the problem in exceptional time. There was no additional charges for this adjustment. Thanks Barrett for making me feel that "I mattered".
I would just like to start off with KINDNESS goes along way! We may find it difficult in this day and time to find professionalism, patience and kindness. However, this particular company speaks volume on kindness as well as professionalism and patience. I would be amiss not to list the names of the individuals that brought me to this review not by asking me but by my personal interactions with them on several different occasions. And they are: KeKe the first person I had spoken to whose demeanor had never changed always upbeat and professional. Mike, cool guy might I add, though the work had been difficult each time he never wavered from his professionalism, patience and kindness during our interactions. Cole, very quiet young man but one that I never seen complained or had a lazy demeanor while working with Mike and that speaks volume for the younger generation. You three are the epitome for Barrett Windows and Doors. Keep that energy and don't let no one steal that THUNDER! Just know it hadn't gone unnoticed!Respectfully,YOLANDA CARTER
Had a great experience with Barrett! None of the windows in our house would stay up. I spoke with several other contractors and was told that the windows needed to be replaced. I called Barrett the guys came out and immediately diagnosed what was wrong. The Balance Shoes were failing in all of the windows in our house. They had to order the parts. My only complaint was that I did have to call a few weeks later to check and see if the parts came in. They scheduled us right away on the call though.Cole and Gene showed up on time, were very professional and repaired all 22 windows in a hour. The price was reasonable too! Thank you so much now we can open our windows again!
Now Updated.. Another nice (great value for the cost) refurbish of a 10 wide (2×5' per pane) patio door at one of my nice rental homes. Barrett sent the full 4 man crew to re'glaze my 20 year old patio door to let the great views back into the home. The former glass blew its seals last year and proceeded to fog up internally. This job took months ....we had to order the glass a month in advance (low E, and UV blocking), so don't be in a rush. Install took the crew 3 hours on a nice sunny day in a prepped and clean working environment. Nice work, recommend Tasha and the Crew for your projects...they have more of my business coming for other homes. May 2021, We executed our next job (it required 6 months to put together because of Covid)...so don't be in a rush. Replaced an external residential single patio door with a custom built PVC framed fiberglass door with full glass and internal mini blinds. Took 4 hours to install.. Old door (wood core with steel covering was 20 years old and decaying), we reused all hardware. Thankfully there was no sub frame or termite damage. Dramatic change for the better. If you have time to wait many custom projects can be made it increase the value of these older homes. Thanks.
