My experience with The Window Source:
I contacted The Window Source in July for a quote to replace 6 windows on the back of my house (damage to a window by Hurricane Helen). Michael came by July 21st. Michael was nice and professional. He provided me a quote for what I asked for. He did not push me to have all my windows replaced (like another company). I thought about everything and contacted Michael concerning installing all my windows.  Michael answered all my questions concerning the process of installing, warranty and shipping of the windows. I thought about it and contacted Michael August 7th and informed him I would like to move forward. August 11th Michael was scheduled to come by 3:30 pm to measure all my windows. At 3:28pm he called to let me know he was running late (good communication). At that time when he came by with Steven,  I had two dogs at the time. My 12 windows came in on September 24th and I scheduled for the installation on September 29th. That morning Michael texted me to say the installers were on their way and provided me the names of the installers.  The installers came and were friendly and professional. Under the kitchen window I had wood damage from water. Michael did not pressure me to have them fix it. He gave me an option of his company fixing it or getting a quote from someone else. I felt comfortable with Michael  and allowed Window Source to fix the issue. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure all the windows were clean and pristine. They made sure to put my blinds or curtains back up after they were done. I was very touched when Steven gave condolences about me losing one of my fur babies (he remembered  I had two when he came to measure my windows).  I love my windows. I loved the professionalism from The Window Source Company so much that I asked Michael to replace my storm door and entry door.  October 24th  my doors were replaced and of course great service provided.  November, I asked Michael about my storm door in the front of my house and shutters and that was completed December 15th. Very happy customer.

I was incredibly impressed with the excellent service and  professionalism. I made the decision in August and received my windows in September. I believe that was fast service for window installation.  I appreciate the exceptional  communication. Thank you for being such a reliable company. We researched options for quite a while on a new entry door, as well as which company could deliver and install that door. We chose The Window Source of Augusta, and a top-of-the-line Provia Signet fiberglass door. -- The Window Source of Augusta is an authorized dealer of Provia doors, which was a factor in our decision. - Michael and Steven came out to the house a couple times, and were patient and not pushy while I was tweaking the right choice of door and color scheme. - The door from Provia arrived about a month after it was ordered, and we are quite pleased with the new entry door we chose. The cherry fiberglass color we chose perfectly compliments the red brick of our home. Michael provided a lot of input into the design and kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and we are quite pleased with the overall door purchase and installation process!
