I don't really have the words or quite frankly the vocabulary to explain how incredibly happy my wife and I are with Charles, Angie and their installation team. Our experience with this job has been nothing short of incredible! My wife and I met Charles and Angie at the latest home show in Augusta. Charles and Angie were so personable and flexible. They spent tons of time with us going over ideas and options for our front door replacement. My wife and I left the home show actually excited about the possibilities. We called Charles a few days later. Charles came to the house,we looked over all he had to offer then we shook hands and had a deal! Charles is very personable. We learned very quickly that Charles is extremely passionate and caring about his customers. When Charles says he's going to call you,he will. When Charles says he's going to come over and check in, he will. We've been in our house for 32 years and we've had our fair share of contractors in and out. I can with confidence say that our experience with Charles and his team is not even comparable to others. Charles and Angie run a Top Shelf business. Charles and his team care about his customers, the quality of his team's work and the satisfaction of the final product. His installation team was also fantastic! They we're very meticulous and very proud of the work they do. My 15 year old builder grade windows were shot. Heat could be felt leaking through the southern and western side of my house. My power bills were ridiculous. Thanks to Charles and his crew, that is all done now. They spent 2 days carefully carving the windows out to replace them with my custom, perfect fit, double hung windows, a new sliding bathroom window, a decorative half circle with small horizontal window and a beautiful new French door.They are all beautiful and Angie redid the molding around the French door and it is much better than the original. She even painted it to match. I am extremely satisfied with the product. The windows are now cool to the touch and you can no longer feel the heat coming from them. I have a few more windows that will likely need replacement in the next year as well. I know who I will be calling. Happy customer here.
From Start to finish the best experience of a home renovation that I have ever had.Both Charles and Angie were attentive and provided a timeline that was both timely and with no delays. We had a great experience with Window Depot. We had three quotes and their price and product was by far the best. They get bonus points for also not subjecting us to a tedious demonstration with a heat lamp. Installation was great and Charles and Angie were super attentive to detail and overseeing everything.
