Two years ago they replaced two windows on my house. They were incredibly rude. Required money upfront by refused to give any kind of time line for when the windows would be replaced. I called to ask why, the receptionist had an attitude with me and would only say 'because that's how it is'. When I asked to speak to someone would could explain she hung up on me then complained to the manager that I was rude to HER. They called my partner (who did not even live in the house at the time, I own it) to complain about me. It took 6 months for them to replace two standard sized windows.

Now about two years later, the caulk is already failing, peeling off. They clearly either use completely crap quality caulk or didn't clean the window before applying (or both). The caulk only has one year warentee apparently and they won't fix it.

Do NOT use Window World. They are rude, incompetent, and awful product warentee. I will never use this company again and I recommend to everyone to use someone else also.

I have elected to hire a different supplier who has given me a reasonable schedule.

The windows look beautiful, inside and out.
They installed 13 windows, 1 large sliding back door, & 1 transom window in 2 days.
The price is reasonable and certainly adds value to a home.
We can’t say enough good things about Window World in Augusta!
