Premier Quality Windows & Siding

Back in November of 2025 I had three windows replaced, including new sills, by Premier Quality Windows & Siding out, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and final result. From the very first interaction, Patrick (my salesperson) was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything—options, features, pricing, timelines, and what to expect during installation. No high-pressure sales tactics; just clear, honest communication that made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. The installation crew was equally impressive. They were extremely courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and paid close attention to every detail. The new windows look beautiful, function perfectly (no drafts!), and the replaced sills were done with precision—everything blends seamlessly. This was a smaller job (just three windows), but they treated it with the same care and quality as if it were a whole-house project. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the energy efficiency improvements are already noticeable. If you're considering window replacement in the Oswego or surrounding areas, I highly recommend Premier Quality Windows & Siding. Great products, exceptional service from start to finish, and real value for the money. Thank you, Patrick and the team—you did a fantastic job! Would definitely use them again and refer friends/family without hesitation.

I highly recommend Premier Quality Windows for any window installation needs. Their team was professional, efficient, and demonstrated great attention to detail throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, they provided clear communication, quality workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Pat was great to work with on the sales end. Always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Peter and his crew were fantastic during installation. The windows look great. Living in an older home there were some challenges they faced, but they handled them professionally. They were courteous and communicative. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. So glad I didn't go with the larger companies that do inserts only. Definitely worth the slightly higher price.

I recently had my windows and patio door replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. Pat was my main point of contact, and he was fantastic. He was easy to reach, stayed in touch throughout the process, and provided me with multiple product options to choose from, ensuring I got exactly what I needed. The installation team, led by Petr, did an outstanding job. They worked efficiently, installed the windows with precision, and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the quality of their work is evident. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of window replacements. Excellent service, great communication, and top-notch workmanship!

From beginning to end, Steve was amazing. Took his time, paid very close attention to detail, was not pushy, offered suggestions that made more sense, and the communication was constant. Steve's workers on site were absolutely great. True professional craftsmen that also cared about our home like it was theirs. Very polite and after working at our home for a couple weeks getting to know them, they are genuinely great guys as well. Steve and his crew from top to bottom rebuilt our home. Windows, siding, cedar porch posts, new front of home stone, facia, and gutters. They even replaced a ton of rotten wood behind the old siding and corrected many mistakes that the previous builder shortcutted. We are extremely happy with the professionalism, craftmanship, and the end result. We live on a corner at the entrance of a busy subdivision and we consistently receive compliments and for Premier's phone number. See for yourself in the before and after pictures. Highly highly recommend!!
