We were super satisfied with the entire experience with Brookstone. The sales man was very informative and explained everthing from how the windows were made to how they work to what installation would look like. On the day the crew showed up, they were very friendly, courteous and professional. We are loving our new windows and especially the patio door!! We thought everthing was finished when a month later they set up a follow-up visit from another representative. He came in and inspected everthing as asked questions to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We also received a nice gift!! Brookstone service, from the first sales call and quote to the installation and follow-up, was excellent. Communication regarding timelines was professional and timelines were adhered to. Our installer did an excellent job inside and out, including thorough clean-up. This morning, Brandon appeared at our door precisely on time, bringing a sweet gift ( cookies) and an even sweeter gift card for a substantial reduction in the price of any further work. This gift card is TIME-UNLIMITED and can be given to anyone we choose should we not use it! Brandon inquired, without pressure, as to the possibility of future needs for window replacement and, as this is a distinct possibility, set up an appointment with sales staff.
