Installation was a bit delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The installers were prompt, considerate, efficient. Clean was as expected. All in all a great experience.

We were super satisfied with the entire experience with Brookstone. The sales man was very informative and explained everthing from how the windows were made to how they work to what installation would look like. On the day the crew showed up, they were very friendly, courteous and professional. We are loving our new windows and especially the patio door!! We thought everthing was finished when a month later they set up a follow-up visit from another representative. He came in and inspected everthing as asked questions to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We also received a nice gift!! We 100% recommend this company to take care of replacing your windows and door!
